New phone keys can be sent or any access action by simply completing requests through the client portal and email request both using MFA OTP.
A new phone key is created and sent to the requested mobile for timed/full access. *Phone keys can be blocked immediately through the same portal and subscribers have 24/7 support for immediate service.

When you access the client portal for iLOQ key or fob requests we use Zoho and Twilio's security *owner message verified gateway.
Secure encryption, verification through MFA/OTP.
Using this system we know that your request is from your mobile or email.
We also use our own security MFA sequence to also clarify to Swiss standards you are our authorized client.
